What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining 50% is due just before handover of your deliverables.
Can I customise a package?
Packages are fixed, but you’re welcome to add extra services as needed — such as business or marketing collateral and additional web pages.
What’s the difference between the Signature and Exclusive Brand?
The Signature Brand is ideal for existing businesses wanting to rebrand with a refined, intentional identity. The Exclusive Brand is designed for new businesses starting from scratch — offering a complete, strategy-led brand identity from the ground up.
How long does it take?
Timelines vary depending on the service:

I’m usually booked 2–3 months in advance, so it’s important to check availability and secure your spot in the calendar early to avoid delays.
How many revisions are included?
All branding and web design packages include unlimited revisions until your final concept is approved.
Are there any additional costs involved?
For branding projects, if you choose to add extra elements during the process — like additional logo variations, brand collateral, or templates — these will be quoted separately.
For web design, domain and hosting are billed separately and renewed annually. You’ll also need an active Shopify plan. Any additional pages or features beyond the package inclusions will incur an extra cost.
